Complete the form link below for your 2024 Team Registration.  A word to the wise, do not wait until play begins to register as you may incur delays or additional fees to complete registration.  The State Office will process your form in 2-3 days after submission, during registration periods, October - February, with confirmation of paid dues to SWOL for the year!
